I woke up a couple of mornings ago inspired to give it a go — inspired just to talk to my camera, to myself, and to you in a video format about what I’m up to and finding most meaningful these days. What I thought would just be a practice take ended up feeling real enough to share.
There’s no clean shave, I’m wearing just a tank top, and there’s no lighting setup or fancy equipment. It’s just an authentic and genuine cut.
And I like it — because it’s raw and unrehearsed, a little playful and imperfect. It’s not polished or slick, but honest and in the moment.
Below is a simple illustration of the three “layers” of conversation I talk about in the video. I’d love to hear your “take” — what questions come to mind for you at each layer? Do you enjoy going deeper, or do you feel more at home on the surface?
Thanks as always for reading, listening, and now watching! To read and/or listen from the beginning go to Why I'm Writing.
Please like or leave a comment — it means a lot to know you’re out there and “on” like the green light on my video camera. 😊
